About

Susan O. Harwell, M.D. was born in Tullahoma, TN. She attended the University of the South in Sewanee, TN for undergraduate studies before earning her medical degree at the University of Tennessee in Memphis in 2009. She then completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Tennessee at St. Thomas Midtown Hospital where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Harwell has also completed a fellowship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her three children.
