About

Dr. Snow was born in Knoxville and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee. He graduated from the University of Tennessee, College of Medicine where he was awarded the Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Student Service Award.

He completed both his Internal Medicine Residency and Endocrinology & Metabolism Fellowship at the University of Virginia. In 2009, he was awarded the National Institute of Health's Ruth L. Kirschstein Fellowship Grant for studying the positive impacts of plant-based nutrition on type 2 diabetes mellitus.

He is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Endocrinology. He is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Clinical Endocrinology and The Endocrine Society. Dr Snow treats: Thyroid dysfunction and Thyroid nodules, Thyroid Cancer, Parathyroid dysfunction, Pituitary dysfunction and Pituitary tumors, Adrenal dysfunction and Adrenal tumors, Testicular/Ovarian dysfunction, Type 1 & Type 2 diabetes. He is REMS (risk evaluation mitigation strategy) certified to prescribe and manage Natpara (parathyroid hormone) for Hypoparathyroid patients.

He and his wife have two children and love to spend quality time with them. Dr. Snow has been a member of CrossFit Nashville since 2015 and credits this training philosophy and his coaches for bringing true fitness into his life.
