About

Dr. Cromwell earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Kentucky, College of Medicine. He then completed the internal medicine internship and residency program of the University of Tennessee at Baptist Hospital in Nashville and served as Baptist's chief resident. He joined Heritage Medical Associates in August of 2005. Dr. Cromwell is board-certified in internal medicine.

He is a member of the American College of Physicians and the American Medical Association. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
