Heritage Women’s Center
Location: Downtown Nashville
The Department Manager for the Women’s Health Center plays a key leadership role in overseeing daily operations across multiple physician practices within the scope of women’s health services—including obstetrics, gynecology, and urogynecology. This position reports directly to the Director of Clinic Operations and serves as the primary liaison between clinical staff, physicians, and administration. In addition to managing departmental operations, the Department Manager may serve in a support role for other clinic managers during absences or emergencies and may occasionally participate in clinical staffing if needed.
Diagnostic Imaging
Location: Saint Thomas West
This position provides Ultrasound Imaging of a quality nature while providing exceptional customer service. The sonographer will also assist the Radiologist with exams and correlate care for the patient with other technologists.
Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT)
Location: Westgate Office, Building 1
This position supports patient care by performing clerical, administrative, and clinical duties within the scope of practice for a Registered Nurse under Tennessee state law. The RN may be assigned to a specific clinic or provider or may float between locations based on operational needs. Success in this role requires working collaboratively and professionally with physicians, providers, team members, patients, and the public. In addition to the duties listed below, the RN may be asked to take on other responsibilities as needed to support the team and meet HMA standards.
Internal Medicine
Location: St. Thomas West
This position performs routine clerical, administrative, and clinical duties within the scope allowed for TN state law. This position may be assigned to a specific clinic/provider and/or float to various clinics/providers based on business needs and must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with physicians, providers, fellow team members, patients, and the general public in the performance of all job duties. In addition to the duties listed below, the MA may be required to perform other related duties as requested/assigned at a level that meets and/or exceeds HMA expectations.
Dermatology
Location: Green Hills
This position supports patient care by performing clerical, administrative, and clinical duties within the scope of practice for a Registered Nurse under Tennessee state law. The RN may be assigned to a specific clinic or provider or may float between locations based on operational needs. Rheumatology
Location: Downtown Nashville
This position provides professional nursing care that entails coordinating treatments for patients, obtaining prior authorizations, filing specialty claims, and billing for medications. More specifically, the infusionist is responsible for starting the IV, setting up the medication administration, monitoring the patient through the duration of the infusion and taking down the IV at the end of the infusion.
Business Office
Location: Downtown Nashville
This position requires a strong understanding of the claims revenue cycle and is responsible for reviewing outstanding or denied insurance claims, submitting appeals, answering inquiries, and maintaining assigned insurance queues. The Insurance Analyst serves as a resource for both patients and staff, providing accurate and timely information related to insurance participation, coding guidelines, denial codes, and payment applications. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to clearly explain how insurance benefits apply to services received at HMA.
