You may be assigned to a specific clinic or provider or float between locations based on business needs. Success in this position requires strong collaboration skills with physicians, providers, teammates, patients, and the public, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Information Technology
Location: Downtown Nashville
The IT Field Support Technician will handle the installation and maintenance of company software, workstations, and related systems, ensuring smooth operations across locations. This role involves on-site and corporate office work based on urgency and task type. You’ll manage daily support requests while also contributing to larger IT projects. Strong collaboration with physicians, staff, and the public is essential. Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, this position requires a customer-focused mindset and dedication to supporting a work culture aligned with our mission, values, and high ethical standards.
Rheumatology
Location: Downtown Nashville
This position provides professional nursing care that entails coordinating treatments for patients, obtaining prior authorizations, filing specialty claims, and billing for medications. More specifically, the infusionist is responsible for starting the IV, setting up the medication administration, monitoring the patient through the duration of the infusion and taking down the IV at the end of the infusion.
Internal Medicine & Pediatrics

As part of the HMA patient care delivery team, the RN performs clerical, administrative, and clinical duties within the TN Board of Nursing scope to support an efficient and positive patient experience. Reporting to the Site or Department Manager, the RN may be assigned to a specific clinic/provider or float between locations as needed, collaborating effectively with all team members and the public. The RN is expected to be customer-focused, contribute to HMA's mission and values, and adhere to high ethical standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws. Additional related duties may be assigned to meet HMA expectations.
Heritage Women's Center
Location: Downtown Nashville
This position provides professional nursing care, management of clinical staff, and oversees the daily operations of our obstetrics and gynecology suites at our 222 Medical Office Building in Downtown Nashville.
Internal Medicine
Location: Mt. Juliet
This position performs routine clerical, administrative, and clinical duties within the scope allowed for TN state law. This position may be assigned to a specific clinic/provider and/or float to various clinics/providers based on business needs and must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with physicians, providers, fellow team members, patients, and the general public in the performance of all job duties. In addition to the duties listed below, the MA may be required to perform other related duties as requested/assigned at a level that meets and/or exceeds HMA expectations.
ENT
Location: Mt. Juliet
The surgery scheduler position provides professional scheduling, assists the physicians, as well as working with other clinical personnel, patients and visitors, and fellow employees. This position is required to monitor, coordinate and evaluate multiple physicians’ surgery schedules. This position requires interaction with patients, medical professionals and additional teams, both within Heritage Medical Associates and outside facilities, to ensure prompt and responsive information.
Obstetrics and Gynecology
Location: Westgate
This position provides professional nursing care; assists the physician with patient care. Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the care rendered to patients with routine, urgent or potential health problems.
