Information Technology

Location: Downtown Nashville

The IT Field Support Technician will handle the installation and maintenance of company software, workstations, and related systems, ensuring smooth operations across locations. This role involves on-site and corporate office work based on urgency and task type. You’ll manage daily support requests while also contributing to larger IT projects. Strong collaboration with physicians, staff, and the public is essential. Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, this position requires a customer-focused mindset and dedication to supporting a work culture aligned with our mission, values, and high ethical standards.

Accounting

Location: Downtown Nashville

This role provides essential support in the Business Office for the Digestive Disease Endoscopy Center (DDEC) and Ambulatory Surgery Center. Responsibilities include operative coding, preparing and submitting charges for both professional and facility services, and posting insurance payments to the practice management system. You will also communicate with insurance companies and patients regarding billing status and inquiries. This position requires attention to detail and effective communication to ensure smooth billing processes.

Rheumatology

Location: Downtown Nashville

This position provides professional nursing care that entails coordinating treatments for patients, obtaining prior authorizations, filing specialty claims, and billing for medications. More specifically, the infusionist is responsible for starting the IV, setting up the medication administration, monitoring the patient through the duration of the infusion and taking down the IV at the end of the infusion.

As part of the HMA patient care delivery team, the RN performs clerical, administrative, and clinical duties within the TN Board of Nursing scope to support an efficient and positive patient experience. Reporting to the Site or Department Manager, the RN may be assigned to a specific clinic/provider or float between locations as needed, collaborating effectively with all team members and the public. The RN is expected to be customer-focused, contribute to HMA's mission and values, and adhere to high ethical standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws. Additional related duties may be assigned to meet HMA expectations.

Diagnostic Imaging

Location: Downtown Nashville

This position provides coverage as needed across three mammography locations: Downtown Nashville, Mount Juliet, and Brentwood, Monday through Friday, between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Candidates must have an ARRT Mammography registry, at least two years of experience as a Mammography Technologist, and Bone Density experience. This role delivers professional mammography care in compliance with ACR and MQSA standards.

Location: Westgate

The Allergy Specialist, part of the patient care delivery team, performs clinical and administrative duties within the scope of state laws. Reporting to the Department Manager, a dedicated Allergy Specialist serves a specific practice, while a float Allergy Specialist may work across various practices or sites as needed. HMA prioritizes high standards in patient care, ethics, and compliance, expecting staff to remain patient-focused and work collaboratively with all team members, including physicians and clinic staff.
