Location: Westgate Office, Building 2
This position delivers professional nursing care and supports the provider in managing patient needs during visits. It involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients with routine, urgent, or potential health concerns to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.
Rheumatology
Location: Downtown Nashville
This position performs routine clerical, administrative, and clinical duties within the scope allowed for TN state law. This position may be assigned to a specific clinic/provider and/or float to various clinics/providers based on business needs and must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with physicians, providers, fellow team members, patients, and the general public in the performance of all job duties. In addition to the duties listed below, the MA may be required to perform other related duties as requested/assigned at a level that meets and/or exceeds HMA expectations.
Rheumatology / Infusion
Location: Downtown Nashville
This position supports patients receiving medications in the clinic or infusion center by addressing financial concerns related to their treatment. The Infusion Financial Specialist identifies payer sources, verifies benefits, conducts detailed medical necessity reviews, and obtains necessary authorizations to begin or deny services. This role requires a strong understanding of registration and clinic billing processes to help resolve account issues and respond to patient inquiries.
Rheumatology / Infusion

This position is responsible for managing the prior authorization process for medications prescribed by healthcare providers, ensuring patients receive timely access to necessary treatments. It involves close collaboration with pharmacies, insurance companies, and medical staff to submit, track, and follow up on authorizations and appeals. The specialist ensures all steps are completed in compliance with insurance requirements and departmental protocols.
Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT)
Location: Mt. Juliet

Internal Medicine
Location: St. Thomas West

Diagnostic Imaging
Location: Downtown Nashville
This position performs advanced CT procedures to capture diagnostic imaging that assists physicians in making accurate medical diagnoses, while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. It involves conducting computerized tomography exams and documenting clinically relevant results for interpretation by a physician and inclusion in patient records.
Clinical Department
Location: Downtown Nashville
This position is part of the Education and Training Team and plays a key role in onboarding new clinical and non-clinical staff by providing foundational training. It also supports the ongoing development of current team members through training in clinic settings. With a focus on patient care excellence, this role ensures staff are prepared with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive. The trainer partners closely with the Nursing Director, Clinical Nurse Educator, hiring leaders, and clinic leadership to deliver training programs, assess competencies, and support transitions related to policies, procedures, protocols, and workflows.
